Current condition
Today the building has been restored and is waiting for a new life.
Its convenient location and rare architectural design, allow
use the building in a wide range (spectrum). The building consists of
main floor and minus floor.
Due to the fact that the purpose of the building is still unknown – it is in state of repair, but on the basis of an agreement with the“tenant” it will be repaired.

History
A particularly popular architectural style in the early twentieth century
was the style of “modern”, the architectural style of the time “art nouveau”.
the “stables” were built according to the project of 1909 of the year. Project architect N. Obolensky commissioned by Leon Mantashev developed a “treadmill”.from the

It should also be noted that the appearance of the “stable” : contours,
proportions and even layout – almost unchanged preserved to this day.
This monument of the last century, preserved in the modern area, is
the only one in this century, the like of which is not in all of Georgia.
